Anti-terrorism inspection (GSV) / (C-TPAT) certification. GSV is the abbreviation of Global Security Verification. It is a part of the three major parts of quality, human rights and anti-terrorism inspection. The inspection content is related to the security, warehouse, packaging, loading and shipping of the factory! After passing the GSV audit There will be a GSV certificate issued by the US Customs.

      1. C-TPAT (Anti-Terrorism/GSV) Safety Recommendations Up to now, C-TPAT has established safety recommendations for nine sectors: Importers Air Carrier ) Sea Carriers Rail Carriers Cargo Contractors / Air Transport Intermediaries / NVOCCs US Local Port Management / Terminal Operators (US Marine Port Authority/Terminal Operator) Foreign Manufacturer (Foreign)

       2. The origin of the anti-terrorism inspection factory (GSV/C-TPAT) After the “911”, the United States implemented anti-terrorism measures from the sea, land and air around the world. The US Customs Border Agency encourages importers and the international logistics industry to promote Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism, C-TPAT. Today, US Customs only recognizes the IGS GSV, Global Security Verification.

       3. What is C-TPAT (Anti-Terrorism/GSV) certification? Currently US importers, carriers, customs brokers, cargo contractors/freight agents/non-ship public carriers, US local port authorities/terminal operators, Mexican manufacturers A group of Asian and European manufacturers directly invited by CBP can apply to become C-TPAT members. From May 30, 2002 to mid-2004, more than 6,500 US and foreign companies have applied to become C-TPAT members (this represents nearly 40% of the US import value), of which 4,000 have passed CBP audits. Received a C-TPAT certificate. The main benefit of joining C-TPAT (Anti-Terrorism/GSV) is that it can speed up the processing of freight. Over time, as the number of C-TPAT members continues to increase, non-C-TPAT members will find that their shipments require more and more detailed review and verification, and the processing time required is not guaranteed.
