3. What is C-TPAT (Anti-Terrorism/GSV) certification? Currently US importers, carriers, customs brokers, cargo contractors/freight agents/non-ship public carriers, US local port authorities/terminal operators, Mexican manufacturers A group of Asian and European manufacturers directly invited by CBP can apply to become C-TPAT members.
